Our engagement in this project included pre acquisition due diligence work and once acquired full Asset Management services. The initial work with the existing brand was to work on refurbishing the asset and improve operational efficiency and achieve better conversion to profits and the hotel had stagnated over some years in terms of both revenues and profit levels.
During our just over 6 years involvement, the hotel improved in all aspects of trading, better conversion to profits in both rooms and F&B departments, whilst maintaining the good standards from the initial refurbishment and adding a new champagne bar and Amala Spa to the hotel.

- Revenue growth during the same period by 36%
- Improved conversion to GOP from 39% to 42%
