Our engagement in this project included reviewing and advising owner in relation to a proposed Hotel Management Agreement with a major brand, which was eventually agreed and signed, from then on our services included implementation of the Property Improvement Plan (PIP) and assist with the reopening and branding of the hotel and thereafter remained with the business as Owners representation as well as ongoing active Asset Management.
